In order to remove Subluxations and restore optimum health to a patient's body, the chiropractor will perform an adjustment. This adjustment consists of a specific force in a specific direction to move the vertebra back into alignment resulting in restored communication throughout the nervous system. This adjustment is specific to each individual. The Chiropractor uses a combination of x-rays, instruments and hand palpation to determine when and what type of adjustment to give. There is no pain associated with a specific adjustment. It is a safe and natural procedure.
